Overview of Teaching and Research
He has been mainly engaged in research work in the fields of cotton genetic engineering, Genetic breeding of crop stress resistance, and genetic transformation of coarse cereals. He successively presided over10 projects, including National Natural Science Foundation of China (Emergency Management), Project of Transgenic Research from the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, and Science and Technology Project of Shanxi Province, etc. Besides, he participated in more than 10 projects such as National Natural Science Foundation of China (Youth Project), Project of Transgenic Research from the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, Foundation for Returness of Shanxi Province, and Natural Science Foundation of Shanxi Province, etc. He has published more than 20 papers in international and national academic journals, including 8 papers indexed by Science Citation Index Database (SCI). She obtained 7 national patents, and formulated 2 Local Standard of Shanxi Province. Moreover, he has been awarded one third prize of Natural Science in Shanxi Province, and the second and third prizes of Science and Technology Progress Award in Shanxi Province.
